These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, inquiries and interactions with Blenco AB, a Swedish company operating within the EU. By using our website, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

We sell performance engine parts, accessories and machining services. Our website and online store are provided for personal and commercial use under these Terms.

Privacy & Electronic Communications

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with GDPR. By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications meet any legal requirement for written notices or documentation.

Newsletter Subscription Consent

By clicking “Sign up”, I consent to Blenco processing my email address for the purpose of sending me newsletters, product updates, builds, events, and relevant information about Blenco’s services. I understand that my data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver these emails. I can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by contacting Blenco directly.

Eligibility & Customer Accounts

To place an order with Blenco AB, you must be at least 18 years old. If you choose to create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been completed or approved. All prices are listed in SEK and normally include VAT unless otherwise stated. While we update stock information regularly, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may delay or cancel orders if required by fraud prevention systems or other security measures.

Blenco AB reserves the right to cancel and refund any order in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Blenco AB ships within Sweden and selected European countries. At
present, we offer delivery to the following destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Delivery times vary depending on
destination and carrier capacity. All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or stock availability. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.

If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, this must be reported within 7 days so we can assist with the carrier’s claim process.

Returns & Refunds

Consumers purchasing from Blenco AB are protected under Swedish and EU consumer law. Customers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for standard products, provided the item
is unused and returned in essentially unchanged condition. Certain items, including electrical components, installed parts, custom or modified items, and Special Orders, are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Special Orders

Special Orders are products ordered specifically for a customer and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed. Lead times for these items are estimates and may vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before placing a Special Order.

Special Orders include products that are sourced on request and not normally kept in stock, as well as custom-made, built-to-order, or modified products, including custom-built engines.

Orders for these products are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before placing such orders.

Warranty

All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer. Blenco AB does not offer additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s terms. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, racing or competition use, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Electrical components may require direct handling with the manufacturer.

Workshop & Machining Services

When submitting parts for machining or workshop services, the customer acknowledges that Blenco AB is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, wear, cracks, or contamination. We cannot guarantee performance results, and we are not responsible for engine failure, tuning issues, or any performance‑related outcomes. Lead times for workshop services are estimates and may vary. Parts must be delivered clean unless otherwise agreed, and additional cleaning fees may apply. We do not accept complete vehicles - only loose engine parts.

Technical Advice Disclaimer

Any fitment or technical information provided by Blenco AB, whether verbally or in writing, is for general guidance only and is non-binding. The customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility, installation, and suitability for their specific application.

Blenco AB does not provide diagnostics, tuning advice, or engine-building recommendations unless explicitly agreed in writing.

All products sold are intended for use by qualified individuals. Use of products for high-performance, modified, or racing applications is at the customer’s own risk. Blenco AB is not responsible for any damage, failure, or performance issues resulting from such use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, Blenco AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses related to racing, competition, or high‑performance use. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Blenco AB or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Third‑Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third‑party sites. These sites are not controlled by Blenco AB, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third‑party sites is done at your own risk.

International Users

If you access our website from outside Sweden, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. Blenco AB makes no representation that our website or products are appropriate or available in all locations.

Governing Law& Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance unless otherwise required by
consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

Blenco AB may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase or interaction applies. We encourage customers to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Blenco marketplace Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of Blenco Marketplace, operated by Blenco Speedshop AB, reg. no. 556801-8211 ("Blenco"). Blenco Marketplace is a consignment-based intermediary platform for pre-owned performance parts.

By using the platform, whether as a seller, buyer or visitor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use Blenco Marketplace.

Platform Role and Limitation of Liability

Blenco provides a technical and logistical platform that facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers. Blenco acts as an intermediary, not a seller.

This means that:

• Blenco is not a party to the purchase agreement entered into between buyer and seller.
• Blenco cannot be held liable for the condition, function, authenticity or conformity of products with sellers' descriptions.
• Blenco is not obligated to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Blenco does not guarantee that transactions will be completed.

Listing and Review

Blenco reserves the right to approve or decline the listing of any product without providing a reason. An approved listing means that Blenco has assessed the product as relevant to the platform based on a visual inspection. Approval does not constitute a guarantee of the product's quality, function or condition. This inspection is a visual assessment only and does not constitute a guarantee of the product's function, fit, technical condition or future durability.

Product descriptions are based on information provided by the seller. Blenco cannot guarantee that such information is complete or accurate.

Consumer Protection and Applicable Law

Blenco Marketplace exclusively facilitates transactions between private individuals, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific listing. This means that purchases made through the platform are generally not covered by Swedish consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Sales Act, the Distance Contracts Act or the Consumer Services Act.

This means that:

• There is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
• There is no statutory 3-year right to make claims.

Products are sold as-is.

Buyers and sellers are individually responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws. If a seller is a registered business, this must be clearly stated in the listing, in which case different legislation may apply.

Payment and Fees

Payment is processed through Blenco's payment solution. Blenco charges the seller a commission fee in accordance with the current fee schedule. Blenco's fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Blenco reserves the right to adjust the fee structure with 30 days' notice.

Shipping and Risk

The seller is responsible for and covers the cost of shipping the product to Blenco. The buyer is responsible for and covers the cost of shipping from Blenco to the buyer. Risk of the product passes to the buyer once it has left Blenco's premises. Blenco accepts no liability for damage or loss occurring during transport from Blenco to the buyer. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for and covers the cost of return shipping to Blenco.

Blenco recommends choosing a tracked shipping option with insurance appropriate to the value of the product.

Claims and Disputes

Any claims regarding the condition, function or conformity of a product with its description should in the first instance be handled directly between the buyer and the seller. Blenco may facilitate contact between the parties but does not accept any obligation to mediate or any liability for damages arising from such disputes.

Blenco's total liability is in all circumstances limited to the amount actually paid for the product in question.

Blenco accepts no liability for the product's condition, function, fit or any damage arising in connection with installation or use. Blenco's liability does not extend to indirect damages, consequential losses or loss of profit.

Intellectual Property

All content on Blenco Marketplace, including photographs taken by Blenco, logotypes, texts and design, is the property of Blenco Speedshop AB unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without Blenco's written consent.

Personal Data

Blenco processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). For information on how Blenco handles your personal data, please refer to Blenco's Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Blenco reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the website with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall in the first instance be resolved through negotiation. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to a competent court in Sweden.
