These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, inquiries and interactions with Blenco AB, a Swedish company operating within the EU. By using our website, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

We sell performance engine parts, accessories and machining services. Our website and online store are provided for personal and commercial use under these Terms.

Eligibility & Customer Accounts

To place an order with Blenco AB, you must be at least 18 years old. If you choose to create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been completed or approved. All prices are listed in SEK and normally include VAT unless otherwise stated. While we update stock information regularly, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may delay or cancel orders if required
by fraud prevention systems or other security measures.

Shipping & Delivery

Blenco AB ships within Sweden and selected European countries. At
present, we offer delivery to the following destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Delivery times vary depending on
destination and carrier capacity. All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or stock availability. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.

If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, this must be reported within 7 days so we can assist with the carrier’s claim process.

Returns & Refunds

Consumers purchasing from Blenco AB are protected under Swedish and EU consumer law. Customers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for standard products, provided the item
is unused and returned in essentially unchanged condition. Certain items, including electrical components, installed parts, custom or modified items, and Special Orders, are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Special Orders

Special Orders are products ordered specifically for a customer and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed. Lead times for these items are estimates and may vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before placing a Special Order.

Warranty

All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer. Blenco AB does not offer additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, racing or competition use, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Electrical components may require direct handling with the manufacturer.

Workshop & Machining Services

When submitting parts for machining or workshop services, the customer acknowledges that Blenco AB is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, wear, cracks, or contamination. We cannot guarantee performance results, and we are not responsible for engine failure, tuning issues, or any performance‑related outcomes. Lead times for workshop services are estimates and may vary. Parts must be delivered clean unless otherwise agreed, and additional cleaning fees may apply. We do not accept complete vehicles - only loose engine parts.

Technical Advice Disclaimer

Any fitment or technical information provided by our staff is non‑binding. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility and installation. We do not provide diagnostics, tuning advice, or engine‑building recommendations unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, Blenco AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses related to racing, competition, or high‑performance use. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Blenco AB or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Third‑Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third‑party sites. These sites are not controlled by Blenco AB, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third‑party sites is done at your own risk.

International Users
