Shipping policy

Blenco AB ships performance parts and accessories within Sweden, the EU, and selected European countries. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our online store.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Shipping availability may expand over time as we add new regions or carriers.

Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Processing time may be longer during high‑volume periods, holidays, or when items require special handling.

Orders containing Special Orders or items not in stock will be processed once the products arrive at our warehouse.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and stock availability. All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

International deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • customs inspections
  • carrier capacity
  • local holidays
  • remote delivery areas

Blenco AB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country
  • package weight and dimensions
  • selected shipping method
  • carrier pricing

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their local authorities.

Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, in accordance with EU consumer regulations. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist with the carrier’s claim process, but compensation is subject to the carrier’s decision.

Damaged or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, the customer must notify Blenco AB within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • order number
  • photos of the packaging and damaged items
  • a description of the issue

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund depends on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • failure to collect the package
  • refusal of delivery

…the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Special Orders

Special Orders may have extended or uncertain lead times depending on manufacturer availability. Estimated delivery dates for Special Orders are not guaranteed.

Split Shipments

If an order contains items with different availability dates, Blenco AB may ship the order in multiple deliveries. Customers will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments initiated by us.
