What We Do - Performance Engine Rebuilding & Precision Machining
Fredrik Nyholm: “We specialize in performance engine rebuilding and precision machining for serious American V8 builds: LS, BBC, LT and SBC. Every engine is built in‑house in our Swedish workshop, combining modern equipment with decades of hands‑on experience.
When we acquired machinery and expertise from Dixner, one of Stockholm’s largest and most respected engine rebuilding shops, it allowed us to create the fully equipped machining facility we operate today: full‑scale engine machining, cylinder head work, block preparation, honing, balancing and measurement. Every part we sell and every engine we build is tested, inspected and trusted in real‑world performance.
Our focus is precision engine work, custom builds and proven performance parts. We don’t aim to be the fastest. We aim to be right. Every cut, every measurement, every component. That’s how engines last. That’s how trust is built.”

Where We Come From - Swedish Engine Building Heritage Since 1985
Fredrick Nilsten: “Our story begins with the name Blenco. It goes back to the 1950s when my great‑grandfather claimed it. Back then it had nothing to do with engines, but everything to do with craftsmanship, persistence and pride in doing things properly.
In 1985, my father brought the name into a small workshop where engines became the center of the work. Years later, when we teamed up as partners, we built on that foundation, combining heritage, experience and a shared passion for performance engines.
By 2010, Blenco AB took shape as the workshop me and Fredrik Nyholm run today: a place where heritage meets horsepower, and where we continue a legacy by adding our own chapter to it.”
